How to Apply a Patch with a Heat Press

Begin by setting your heat press to 360–370°F. Position the patch where desired and cover it with wax paper. Place a 40 PSI foam pad beneath the garment to ensure even pressure. Press firmly for around 18 seconds. Let the patch cool completely before wearing or handling to ensure strong adhesion.
