Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Please note: If your return is not due to an error on our part or a defective product, we are unable to issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment, or

A check may be reissued, depending on the original payment method.

The timing of your refund will depend on your credit card issuer’s processing policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
